Overview

Ms. Annette Lindeque holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate (MSc Real Estate, University of Pretoria, 2004) and brings over 35 years of experience in the property industry, spanning both the public sector and state-owned entities. She currently manages an investment property portfolio valued at R5 billion, generating an annual net rental income of R700 million.

Her strategic focus is on unlocking value through redevelopment opportunities, offering properties to the market to enhance portfolio performance and revenue. Annette is also driving initiatives to densify rail corridors with social and affordable housing, leveraging co-investment models to secure a greater share of long-term returns.

Under her leadership, Intersite Asset Investments has successfully offered 40 properties, ranging from vacant land to buildings for redevelopment. To date, 10 new development leases have been signed, with another 10 projects in the approval phase. Annette has also played a pivotal role in major projects, including the R1.2 billion Cape Town Station redevelopment, which features 3,000 beds for student accommodation and 7,000m² of retail space.
