Lucky Mothiba
Lucky Mothiba’s career spans over 20 years in the corporate environment. She has
served on a number of boards, the latest being Intersite Investments. Prior to serving
on the Intersite Investments Board, she served on the South African Rail Commuter
Corporation (“SARCC”), the forerunner to PRASA, where she played an active role
in driving the consolidation process between Metrorail and the SARCC. Lucky is a
founder member of the company Movere Wireless Solutions, a wholly black owned consulting
company, with a core focus on wireless engineering services. She has extensive experience
in information technology and telecoms, marketing and account management. She is
a director of MMM Quality Business Projects (Pty) Ltd and Kananelo Financial Services
(Pty) Ltd.
She serves on the Intersite Investments Human Resources and Remuneration and the
Finance, Capital, Investment and Procurement Committees.
